The Plainfield Riverfront Foundation is asking the community for assistance in raising funds to purchase & install decorative lighting along the new trail extension (approx.1/2 mile) which was constructed in 2021. The trail extension will allow future access to the Mather Woods trails west of the railroad tracks.
Since 2009 the Plainfield Riverfront Foundation has had the vision to change the former waste treatment property to a public space for the good of all of the Plainfield community in partnership with the Village of Plainfield and the Plainfield Park District.
The Riverfront Foundation is a 501c3 Non–Profit organization.100% of your donation is tax deductible.
